Finance executives from across the United States and Canada converged in Ann Arbor, Michigan on October 1-3, 2018. Despite the wide range of industries represented – including primary and higher education; real estate and property management; non-profit and social services; technology and insurance – the conference attendees found common interests in employee engagement, collaborative budgeting, practical approaches for forecasting and long-term projections.
The event provided XLerant customers with a peer-to-peer forum to analyze and discuss budgeting methodologies – including Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) and Responsibility Center Management (RCM) – as well as to compare best practices for engaging employees in a collaborative approach for a more informed and accurate budgeting and forecasting process.
