XLerant received an overall customer satisfaction rating of 4.80 and an end-user ease-of-use rating of 5.00 on a 5.00 scale – the highest scores received by any vendor in the survey.
This is the second year in a row that XLerant was recognized during the BPM Partners Pulse Performance Management webcast for outstanding customer service and innovative performance management solutions.
